I love food and believe it deserves our respect and gratitude such as nature and life does.
In this blog I’ll be sharing incredibly delicous recipes and ways to cook in the backcountry and hope to inspire you to eat foods which are delicious and nutritious in the backcountry (even if it means adding a few extra ounces for gourmet meals). In todays fast passed world we take for granite the food we so easily have access to and sometimes forget to remember food is a transfer of energy and a gift. Understand where your food comes from and give thanks!
